Who we are
Group Advisors helps companies deliver preventive health and wellness benefits through a program built on U.S. Health Centers' more than two decades of preventive-care experience. The program is structured as a Section 125 cafeteria plan, designed so payroll-tax savings cover the cost: no change to your existing plan, and no out-of-pocket cost by design. A design like that deserves a careful explanation, which is exactly why we spend so much of our time on how it works: the mechanics of Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, the FICA math, and the compliance work that the tax treatment depends on.
