Preventive Care That Works Alongside Your Benefits

Group Advisors sets up the Wellness Program: an employer-sponsored preventive-care plan that operates under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. It is designed to cost neither the employer nor the employee anything out of pocket, and it runs alongside your existing insurance, broker and benefits.

Where the Program Comes From

Two things had to exist first: a section of the tax code that lets employees pay for benefits pre-tax, and a preventive-care operation big enough to run the care side well.

Built on Preventive Care

The care side of the program is delivered by U.S. Health Centers, our administration partner, which has served employers with preventive-care programs since 2003. They run the employee-facing side: preventive screenings and wellness activities, employee communication, and employee support.

Group Advisors sets the plan up on the employer's side. We prepare the plan documents, guide each compliance step, and stay with you through go-live. The employer remains the plan sponsor, and a licensed third-party administrator holds the plan funds in a custodial account and pays claims. We are not an insurer, and we are not the TPA.

Built on Your Own Numbers

We do not quote a saving before we have seen your payroll. Every employer gets a proposal computed from their own census: projected employer payroll-tax savings and projected employee take-home pay, shown separately and labelled estimated or confirmed. Estimates are based on your census data; actual results vary and are not guaranteed.

The program is designed so that it costs neither the employer nor the employee anything out of pocket, and it sits alongside what you already have — no change to your existing insurance, your broker, or a Section 125 plan you already run.

How We Work

The principles below decide how we quote, how we set the plan up, and what we will and will not say about the numbers.

Client-First Approach

You get plain answers about a plan you sponsor, before you commit to anything.

  • Plain-English explanations
  • Questions answered within one business day
  • No obligation to proceed after a proposal
  • A long-term partnership, not a one-time sale

Integrity and Trust

We would rather show you a careful projection than an impressive one.

  • Projections, never guarantees
  • Figures drawn from your own census
  • Payroll data handled under a signed BAA
  • Plan funds held by a licensed TPA

Clear Roles

Everyone involved has a defined job, and you can see which one is which.

  • Group Advisors sets the plan up
  • U.S. Health Centers supports your employees
  • A licensed TPA holds the plan funds
  • You remain the plan sponsor

Measured on Your Numbers

The proposal is arithmetic on your payroll census, not a benchmark from someone else.

  • Projected employer payroll-tax savings
  • Projected employee take-home pay
  • Shown before program fees
  • Each figure labelled estimated or confirmed

Built Around What You Have

The program is designed to add to your benefits rather than replace any of them.

  • No change to your existing insurance
  • No change to your broker
  • Runs alongside a Section 125 plan you already have
  • We read payroll data; we do not run your payroll

A Guided Rollout

Implementation is a checklist you work through with us, not a document dump.

  • Step by step in your client portal
  • Typically 30 to 45 days
  • Plan documents prepared for you
  • Training before go-live

Our Mission

“To give employers of any size a preventive-care program their people can actually use — designed to cost neither the business nor the employee anything out of pocket, and set up so the employer keeps the benefits, the broker and the payroll company they already have.”
